This is a great opportunity to FINE TUNE your handstand and to give you a taste of what we cover in the 5-Day Foundations Workshops. Appropriate for all levels.

We’ll cover and practice some core drills for:

-   Hands and wrists: your handstand foundation.

-   Shoulders: balancing strength and mobility.

-   Hollowbody + Core: how to engage those TVAs.

-   Endurance: How to build your handstand strength.

-   Handstand movement drills + entry options

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR CLASS

In addition to setting up for for class so that you have access to wall space, have the following props handy.

  • Mat or hard surface (non-carpeted).

  • Yoga blocks, or books if you don’t have blocks.

  • Strap - you can also use a long belt or tie, dog leash, rope or jump rope.

  • Rubber band or elastic hair tie for hand exercises.

  • Wall, stool or elevated surface.

  • Light hand weights - canned beans or full water bottle will work as well.
