Susan's Project Resolution Handstand 2021 class was amazing! I didn't know what to expect going in and had never dappled into inversions with my yoga practice. I wanted to challenge myself this year and was inspired by Susan's IG posts. If she could start handstanding at 50, so could I at 41! The first class I was sweating my brains out with the tabata work and could barely kick off the ground.
